Physical Products
We provide a 14-day returns policy for all physical products from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items.
You are responsible for making sure that the item is returned to us. For this reason, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service.
If the item is faulty, we ask that you please send photos to
[email protected] and we can arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product or damage resulting from poor handling of the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via the payment method you used during checkout. This may take a couple of days to be processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Digital Products
We do not offer any refunds on digital products sold. This is due to your ability to download and keep a copy after you purchase the item.
The only exception is when there is an error on our behalf, for example:
- The download link you received wasn’t for the item you purchased.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
